Established in 2013, Geared Up Culcha is an Indigenous-owned, Supply Nation Certified business specialising in the supply of uniforms, workwear, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety boots and branded promotional merchandise.

With locations in Brisbane and Melbourne, Geared Up Culcha distributes nationally to a diverse client base across sectors including resources, construction, government, transport, logistics, government, education, Indigenous agencies, and many more. With state-of-the-art embellishment facilities, in-house design and product development resources, an upgraded ERP system, and tailored online ordering portals, Geared Up Culcha has demonstrated capability to service complex supply agreements for major clients and projects.

Thirty percent of Geared Up Culcha’s team are proud Indigenous Australians, and in over a decade of operations, the business has welcomed more than twenty Indigenous trainees through its doors, in recognition of the importance of pathways into the workforce for First Nations people.
