Geared Up Culcha is a Supply Nation Certified, independent and long-standing First Nation owned and operated supply company, with leading capability in the supply of promotional products and apparel, signage, workwear, PPE, and have a state-of-the-art embellishment offer that includes design and sublimation, heat seal and embroidery.

Their modern warehouse and office facilities located in Brisbane supply customers across Australia through its own sales and customer care team, and a strong online presence. Geared Up Culcha is majority owned by Paul Dodd, who identifies as a Bundjalung man with traditional kinship ties to Wirri and Birriah First Nations.

In 2021, Blackwoodsobtained a minority stake in Geared Up Culcha. This extends, deepens and strengthens our partnership which has evolved since 2013, and is a further example of our commitment to build capacity of our First Nations partners , and to support the supplier diversity aspirations of our customers.

Importantly, Geared Up Culcha will remain strongly independent and will continue to operate as a standalone business with Blackwoods as a supplier and a customer. As part of our joint commitment to this partnership, Geared Up Culcha will be increasing the financial and non-financial support of several Indigenous charities and foundations.
